Max working temperature for DH series is around 160~180℃. For the special request on high temperature applications (180~200℃), our engineers developed HS series, which means heat resistant open cell sponge silicone sheets.
Open cell silicone sponge sheet is the raw compressible material of the finished paddings. It is often used with fabric cover and felt, and at the bottom is open cell sponge rubber. They are the right materials mainly used on many kinds of machines such as steam pressing machines; ironing tables; garment finishing machines and so on. It also can be used as iron press foam and pad in many applications.
Our technique guarantees that the 98% open pores of the base PU-foam remain apertured for an extraordinary permeability. It also prevents the formation of air bubbles between the silicone coating and the foam base. Pressing a conventional silicone-coated foam will destroy the homogeneous silicone surface due to bursting air bubbles which reduce the heat resistance and the lifetime of the foam. Our open cell silicone foam sheet avoids these air bubbles, extend the replacement interval and provide a constant ironing quality.

To be honest, that’s really a tricky question, because operating conditions and controls can be very different from company to company. And also different densities is more likely to become a variable.
Standard package is woven bags. But carton boxes can be offered for special requests.
Based on volume or actual weight? That’s the question troubling many customers. Usually, shipping cost by air will be subject to volume weight. Shipping cost by sea will be depending on cargo’s volume. By sea is preferred. For urgent delivery, by air is your choice.
For the common request on temperature resistance (160~180℃) among our customers, we have DH series, which will save you much cost and meet your normal requirements. Top preferred 3 models are DH-10, DH-15 and DH-20.
