6. What is your standard package?

For 1-5 pcs, standard package is woven bags. When quantity is over 5pcs, they will be rolled inside a cardboard tube and then put onto pallets or into wooden cases. We will listen to our customers carefully. When you get the cargo, please unfold it to check if there is any damage on the surface.

7. Does color have any impact on membrane performance?

Based on feedback from customers worldwide, we can see no advantage or disadvantage of different colors. Actually, colors are now used to differentiate between suppliers.

8. How to store silicone rubber membranes correctly?

After goods inward inspection of membranes upon receipt, we suggest you store inside the packaging. We suggests that storage temperature should be below 25°C and products should be stored away from direct sources of heat such as boilers, radiators and direct sunlight.
