High temperature resistant silicon vacuum bags are incorporated with EVA laminating oven. Well assembly glass is put inside the vacuum bagging which seal tight to prevent air leaking during vacuum. To ensure a strong lock, U-shaped seals are necessary along the edges of the bag.
U-seal silicon vacuum bags have unique U-shaped locks that create a vacuum chamber when sealed. They are widely used for producing laminated safety glass, which involves sandwiching EVA glue films between multiple glass sheets, followed by heating, pressing, and bonding to create flat or curved compound glass products.
Each floor or drawer of a glass vacuum and heating laminating oven features a vital component known as the silicon vacuum bag. Carefully chosen for its exceptional properties, this vacuum bag is made from a durable and specially formulated silicone material that can withstand high temperatures. Top blanket and bottom pad

Each complete set of the silicon bag includes one top and one bottom sheet. The top pad, designed without suction nozzles, enables the elastic top blanket to tightly envelop the glass surface and edges, ensuring a thorough contact and eliminating any trapped air that could disrupt the vacuuming process.
Furthermore, a bag is equipped with a silicone tube or more that connect to the vacuum terminal pipe, ultimately leading to the vacuum pump.

(3) A nozzle is a little away 150-300 mm from the edge of the bag.
It is a very common question. However, absolutely NOT. In our process, customers provide us with the external dimensions of the desired bags, or we recommend outer sizes based on their maximum glass width and length.
To avoid the bag being cut by the glass during the lamination, we suggest using PTFE(Teflon) open mesh sheet. This material acts as a protective barrier, minimizing the risk of the glass puncturing or slicing through the bag.
Usually customers tell us a size firstly, for example 1800mm X 3300mm. By default, we regard it as external size; so the real working area will be smaller than 1800mm X 3300mm. But one thing we must guarantee is that your machine’s space is big enough to accommodate the silicone vacuum seal bag.
Vacuum nozzles (ports) and vacuum tubes (hoses) are important parts.
